BreakLine is a leading social venture dedicated to helping veterans, military spouses, and others connect with high-performing jobs. Over the last nine years, BreakLine has helped thousands of talented individuals join over 200 employers.

Support For Military Community Applicants
BreakLine will provide free, optional interview preparation training and coaching to all veterans and military spouses who apply for jobs at participating companies in Utah. There are three core elements of our education that consistently lead to a materially higher success rate for job seekers:
Candidate Story
BreakLine will provide education tailored to the applicant’s desired employment goals with your company. This will include resume enhancement, elevator pitch creation, and storytelling.
Interview Prep
BreakLine will provide veteran specific interview preparation resources to help veteran and milspouse applicants effectively translate their backgrounds and succeed in interviews.
Community
BreakLine has an alumni footprint that enables us to host remote panel discussions for veterans and milspouses navigating the interview process. This allows for deeper learning and connection to their communities.
